Back by wild request after this being the hit of last year's classes. Join me for THE Immune Class and learn everything you need to know to boost your immune system. This comprehensive class covers a range of topics, from the relationship between the immune system and the gut or lymphatic system to herbal profiles and recipes. There will be in depth information on how the immune system works and the herbs to help. (You know how we love herbal profiles). We will cover common household illnesses like ear aches, stomach bugs, headaches, congestion, colds, coughs, sore throats, fevers, and more. We will talk herbs for the gut and herbs for the lymphatic systems as well. Let's dig in and get started on your journey to better health with my expert guidance as an Herbalist, mom, and ER Nurse. This class is very herb, anatomy, and science heavy but in an approachable way. You will leave with a better understanding of your body and popular (and not so popular) herbs for your immune system. It’s going to be a totally packed class and ALL you need to know for your immune system this winter.
